Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information is collected when you visit The Vitality Dispatch at thevitalitydispatch.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
What is collected
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and running.
- Visit and click measurement. The report page loads a measurement script from lp.thevitalitydispatch.com. It records the visit, the advertising parameters in the page address and clicks on the package buttons, and it stores a click identifier in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days. We use it to measure advertising and to match orders to visits. The script may also load a helper library from a public code server (unpkg.com).
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your address and the contents of your message.
- Purchases. When you choose a package you leave this site for the checkout of the retailer, BuyGoods. Payment and shipping details are collected there under the retailer's own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details.
- Video. The presentation is hosted by a third-party video provider (Vidalytics), which may collect technical data such as playback events under its own policy. The page also stores one flag in your browser (localStorage) so the package options stay visible when you return; it contains no personal data.
How it is used
To operate and protect the site, to measure which advertising brings readers here, to match orders to visits and to read messages sent to us. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The measurement script sets one first-party cookie with a click identifier. You can delete it, or block cookies, in your browser settings. Advertising platforms that showed you a link to this page may use cookies on their own sites, under their own policies.
Retention
Server logs are normally kept for no longer than 90 days. Measurement records are kept for as long as needed to reconcile advertising and orders. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle them.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR may give you further rights. Send requests to [email protected].
Children
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
